Snir Ben Shimol is the CEO and Co-Founder of ZEST Security. A former Israeli intelligence professional with over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology and cybersecurity, he has led major security and product initiatives across global organizations. Prior to founding ZEST, Snir served as CSO at Cider Security, helping build the first AppSec OS and leading the company from seed to acquisition by Palo Alto Networks in just two years. Earlier in his career, he built the global cybersecurity platform and services organization at Varonis.

Ex Israeli intelligence with over a decade in cyber security specializing in both offensive and defensive practices and operations and cloud and product security for large organizations. Uri led the security architecture activities at Akamai where he oversaw global vulnerability management, product security and the company’s cloud security risk remediation strategy.

Dvir is the VP of AI & Security Research at ZEST Security, where he drives innovation at the nexus of AI, autonomous agents, and cybersecurity. With over a decade of hands-on expertise across offensive and defensive security, his specializations include red team operations on AI systems and agents, incident response, threat intelligence, cloud security, and pioneering research into agentic security automation and emerging risks like Shadow AI. Certified CISSP and OSCP, Dvir is passionate about problem-solving, developing intelligent automation scripts in Python and PowerShell, and dissecting the mechanics of breaking things to build more resilient, AI-native defenses.

Seasoned engineering leader with over a decade of experience in cybersecurity and AI companies. He brings deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and data engineering, with a strong track record of building and scaling multidisciplinary teams, architecting resilient cloud-based infrastructure, and driving successful product launches from concept through enterprise-scale deployment. Prior to ZEST, Tom led data science at Armis, where he pioneered large-scale ML solutions for network security.
